Our pricing engine uses distance-based math: $10 base + $0.35/km. Drivers see the calculated price before accepting. You can post your route at our price or let the sender know your rate. The sender books you directly at whatever price you post.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the trip: full refund to the sender, no penalty to you. Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund to sender. Once you've picked up the item, cancellations aren't possible. Coordinate with the sender directly for schedule changes.
